The New Back School Website

You may have noticed that the new Back School Website has a fresh look, but we’ve also expanded the functionality and usability of our ordering process. Our online courses have all been extensively upgraded as well.

A few things to keep in mind when you visit:

• Online courses are now mobile friendly. Take your learning with you on your tablet or mobile phone.
• You will no longer be using a username to log into your account. Your email address will be your login, along with the password you chose. If you have difficulty logging in, you can always use the Forgot Password option to reset your password.
• If you have recently purchased an online course and completed the Exam portion on the old website, you will finish the course in the new format.
• If you purchased an online course and haven’t completed the Exam, you will need to start the course from the beginning on the new website. However, you will be able to skip through any chapters or modules you may have completed on the old site until you find where you left off. The new site will save your location from that point forward.
• Beginning with registrations on June 12th you will have the ability to print a digital copy of your certificate from your account at any time once you have completed a given course. You will also be able to purchase a high quality printed certificate with embossed seal for an additional charge.
